Last you heard, the Learning and Development Department was freshly created to enable diverse training initiatives across the organization. This department is partnering with Maurnette Odle from ERSC to implement these training programs.
Our innovative Learning and Development Department, steering the train of growth and skill enhancement, has also encouraged more collaboration within our office. Their initiatives have nurtured professional development and fostered a more sustainable workplace.
Here are some updates on what they have been up to these last few months. They have recently executed three (3) highly engaging trainings. Our hope is that we all continue to carry with us the tools we learned in our recent training.
Business Culture
This training was all about ECF office culture and how to make it better by providing clarity on ECF's mission, vision, and core principles. Ultimately, business culture training not only strengthens internal cohesion but also enhances external reputation, contributing to long-term sustainability and growth.
Effective Leadership
The point of training for effective leadership is to develop individuals within an organization who can inspire, motivate, and guide teams toward achieving shared goals and objectives. Effective leadership training fosters self-awareness, communication prowess, decision-making abilities, and conflict-resolution skills.
Managing Change
Change is inevitable, but with the right tools and mindset, we can conquer any challenge that comes our way. This latest training equipped us with essential skills and strategies to navigate transitions with confidence and resilience. This is essential considering some of the major changes we've faced as a company in the past year. Our major changes were moving into our own building and the recent change in the company's structure with the introduction of a new COO.
